Testimonials
Dear Mr. Nason,
The Bible tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6 to “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and not lean on your own understanding. Acknowledge Him in all that we do and He will direct our paths.” No words could be more pointed than these when thinking of the administration and staff of Parkwood Nursing Home.
My mother was a resident at the Parkwood facility for a few years. While she may have brought joy to the faces of the staff as well as the patients, the care and compassion which many of you exhibited to her did not go unnoticed. Such displays will be forever etched in my memory.
Please accept this letter as a means of an outpouring of love and gratitude to each and every person who took any part in my mother’s care. In this age of longevity, comes more hope and expectations. But also with it, comes the responsibility on the part of the staff, whether it is nursing or dietary, social work or environmental, chaplain or volunteer, therapy, or administration. Please rest assured that each of you is to be commended for the efforts you display daily even though the words of gratitude may go unsaid.
I would not hesitate to recommend the staff and services of Parkwood to other people with whom I come in contact who seek the need for care of their loved ones.
May the Lord bless each of you.
Sincerely,
Carolyn and Family
