Testimonials
To the management and staff of NHC Healthcare facility,
We want to express our sincere appreciation for the care our mother received while in your facility. Barbara Brown took very good care of Mom while she was downstairs and we know Barbara loved her. And though she got a little mad at Abdul (he had to stand over her while she took her pills after she hid some in her purse), we think he is a kind person and an excellent nurse.
We also want to applaud the nursing staff upstairs, Mom wasn’t there very long, but they were all so nice and accommodating, especially when her health was in decline. We can’t remember all their names, but everyone who saw Mom was excellent.
We certainly can’t leave out Kenisha; she only had Mom for a short time, but she is the sweetest person. Mom was in good hands with Kenisha.
We can’t say enough about the activities staff, Susan, Hughie, Nancy, Rachel, and Rachel’s sister, (we’re very sorry we can’t remember her name, but what a precious girl she is!) They all are special gifted people who Mom loved a lot and they helped her life be a lot better with their thoughtfulness and kindness.
The hospices nurses and staff were wonderful, but that’s another letter.
We want to thank Jay
for keeping Mom’s room empty; it made it so much easier for us and we appreciate it more than you know. Please extend our thanks and gratitude to all of your staff; we always felt Mom was in good hands and we’re glad we were able to get to know some of you. We will miss getting to see you and want you to know how much we care about you.
Again, thank you for your wonderful staff and the care you gave our mother; we appreciate it. God bless you.

Dear Mr. Nason,
My father was in your facility from 11/27 until 1/15 and I just wanted you to know how grateful we are to the nurses, aids, cleaning crew, and to the kitchen staff for making us to feel at home. We stayed with him the last 5 days of his life and your staff made everything as easy possible for us. I just wanted to thank you for having such a great staff.

Dear Ms. Spangler,
Enclosed please find the survey you sent me. I have rated everything a “10” because my son, Richard and I, and my mother, Lola feel this very deeply. Your number 1 priority was the treatment and care of my husband. You also treated and cared for us. Thank You!
